  • Our recruitment process starts with a meeting to discuss your requirements, organizational goals and ideal candidate.  We will then develop a Recruitment Solution Plan to assist us in identifying the best possible candidates.
  • Understanding your organization –  Our in depth study of your organization including culture assessment, reporting relationships, etc., helps us to source the most qualified candidate for your position.
  • Position Assessment – Working with you, we create a position profile including key responsibilities, education, experience and characteristics required to be successful within your organization.
  • Recruitment/Targeting Candidates – We utilize a variety of sources, advertising, corporate networking and research resources.  In addition to the standard forms of recruiting, probably the most important are referrals from candidates that we have placed – networking in its best form.
  • Candidate Assessment – The most qualified candidates will be sourced, screened and submitted for review. This report includes verified salary history, education and issues of organizational fit.
  • References –  Background Checks include credit and criminal checks, Behavioral testing are available as requested.
  • On-Board Assistance – We are committed to a successful transition into your organization.  We provide support to you and the new executive to ensure all parties are on the road to win.
  • Candidate Screening – We conduct screening of both interested and desirable candidates in relation to their qualifications and compatibility.
  • Finalist Interviews – We work with you to schedule interviews in your preferred format, panel or one on one; our goal is to have you prepared to meet the candidate allowing you to make informed decisions in the interview process.
  • Compensation Negotiations – We maintain communication between the client and the candidate until negotiations are finalized.  We provide feedback to both parties as desired.
  • Employment Branding Development – we work with you to understand your messaging when advertising for candidates and in collaboration offer our expertise in best branding practices to attract the quality of candidate you are seeking.
