Fully Outsourced Basis: Our client outsources all recruitment. The outsourced team manages end-to end recruitment solutions for some of the roles across their business. Hybrid Basis: Our client retains their own internal team, however, they need a partner on an ongoing basis to manage selected roles, allowing them more time for the other needs of the business. This may be caused by “peaks” of recruitment demand, technical complexity of the roles, lack of geographical coverage or performance issues within the internal team. Project Basis: Our client engages us for a specific period of time to complete a start-to-finish recruitment project. The scope and timeline are defined prior to launch, usually based on a specific need in the business. Scalability and Flexibility: Allows our clients the ability to increase or decrease the number of recruiters deployed. |
